Who needs a Home Inspection and Why?
Purchasing a home is one of life's largest expenses. Most home inspections cost 1/10 of 1% of the home purchase. The investment of a home inspection is very small relative to its market value. An inspection can uncover hidden defects and problems that could be very costly and delay or derail the settlement process. The sooner such issues, if any, are discovered the better for all parties concerned.
BUYER: If you are purchasing a home, I will make sure you know and understand every fact regarding your home inspection so that you will have peace of mind about the condition of the home you are considering buying.
SELLER: I provide you with a report of full disclosure to minimize buyers coming back with questions regarding property.
CURRENT HOME OWNER: If your home has experienced storm or weather-related damage, or you simply wish to assess the condition of your home, I will inform you of items that require attention and/or help you budget for future expenses.
Whether you are a Buyer, Seller or Current Home Owner, you will receive a prompt and thorough inspection.
Immediately upon completion of the inspection, I will discuss with you any major items of concern. Within 24 to 48 hours a comprehensive report of my inspection, along with photographs, will be emailed to you. This report is confidential and belongs solely to you. It is up to your discretion with whom you wish to share it.
